ABOUTPlutoMedia_%3E_About.htmlshapeimage_11_link_0

Ashley was raised in Houston, but then led a nomadic lifestyle with her family, uprooting to Maine and Massachusetts. The misplaced Texan family tried the snow thing but never quite got the hang of it. Instead, the summer brought the happiest moments to Ashley’s childhood with summer camp, the beach, camping, and sports, sports, sports. After a life full of basketball and XC, she decided that art was her thing — maybe being influenced by her oil-painter mother.
College took her to downtown Boston and Northeastern University where she began her studies of graphic design. A shift in expectations sent her to Gordon College, in the tiny town of Wenham, Mass. The variety of internships ranging from LL Bean’s creative department, to Return Design, a student-run design firm on campus, to CIVA, an arts organization, and then finally to PlutoMedia, confirmed to Ashley that graphic design was her niche.
After finishing her senior art thesis, Ashley headed off to Greece to finish up her last bit of college and is now living her dream of magazine design at Pluto. She currently lives in Beverly, Mass.
In her free time, Ashley designs, runs, takes yoga classes, hikes
and travels all over New England (and soon the world) to visit her favorite people on earth.
